A chocolate and cherry twist on a classic cocktail made with brandy, cherry and dash of bitters.

Ingredients

60ml/2fl oz cognac
1 tsp cherry syrup
3 dashes chocolate bitters
handful ice
big ice cube, to serve
orange peel, to serve

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail glass, fill with ice and stir until ice cold. Strain into a tumbler glass over a big ice cube and garnish with orange peel.
