So, England have won the ODI series 3-0.

They'll be back in action for the first of three T20Is against West Indies on Friday (6 June).

Brendon McCullum will have a lot to take from this series.

They've won in very different manners. Everyone contributed today and it was an easy win in the end. Last game it was a bit more testing. England will be really delighted with this series and they kept control the whole way through. Positive signs from this team.

England captain Harry Brook at the post-match presentation: "The way we started off of at Edgbaston was amazing. To get 400 on the board and bowl them out convincingly was a good start. Today was awesome. We've been talking about being dominant and going 2-0 up and trying to win the series 3-0 and we did that today.

"Jacksy [Will Jacks] has been mega down the order, especially at Cardiff. Beth [Jacob Bethell] put on a match-winning performance at Edgbaston. And Smudge [Jamie Smith] took the game away from them in the powerplay today.

"There's going to be opportunties for Jacksy and Beth to bowl. Their bowling is only going to go upwards. And I like the batting depth [in the squad]. At Cardiff, it was key having an extra batter in there."

On his first series win as captain: "Happy to get off the mark. The boys played really well. We'll have a good chat over a drink tonight and enjoy the success."

West Indies captain Shai Hope speaking at the post-match presentation: "There's always positives you can take from any series. Keacy Carty has shown great progress, Alzarri with his enforcer role.

"Sherfane Rutherford is a quality player, it's like he's a video game player. He's been scoring runs for fun in the last year and a half, it's nice to see him going well.

"You have to deepen your pool as best as you can but you have to bank on your experienced players to perform. It's a mixture, but we need to win more games to ensure we secure automatic qualification for the World Cup."

Harry Brook speaking on Test Match Special on winning his first series: "It feels awesome. This last game, we played beautifully on quite a good pitch. We didn't let them get too many runs against us and finished it off beautifully. Naturally, we just wanted to concentrate on our skills and execute as well as possible.

"Jamie Smith played awesome, everyone knows how well he can play. He got man of the match which is a nice little touch for him.

"I’m really looking forward to the next stage of my captaincy."

Player of the match Jamie Smith speaking on Test Match Special: "I thought I played quite nicely in the first game. It was nice to come out here and play aggressive. It’s the way the team want me to play, to set up a nice start.

"I felt like having missed out in the last game, I wanted to prove that it is a position that I can make my own. I wanted to push out my chest out a bit and say that I’m good enough to open the batting.

"Momentum is key, especially in white ball cricket, it's short and sharp. It’s nice to get to a wining start with Brooky as captain. To win tonight in that sort of fashion is impressive."

West Indies captain Shai Hopespeaking on Test Match Special: "I haven't been in the camp to know what the mood is like. We’ll be disappointed and hope to come back stronger."

"There’s always some positives if we dissect it. There’s a lot of things that we can take from the series and a lot of things that we cant improve on. We need to take the positives into the T20 series because we can’t change the past. We need to come out all guns blazing in the T20 series."

"We should be used to stoppages, it’s part of the game. We can’t control the weather, we have to be ready to stop when the umpire says so. We’ve played enough cricket to know how to manage stoppages. I wouldn't put my finger on that being a reason why things didn’t go our way."

Player of the series and England batter Joe Root speaking at the post-match presentation: "More than anything, trying to be consistent in your practice, try to find ways how to get better, try to be one step ahead of what the opposition is thinking - there's so much data out there. That's been the key for me.

"You try to dovetail with who you're playing with in the middle. I've been very lucky to play with some wonderful players, a lot of the time it's about getting people on strike and letting them do their business.

"It'll be nice to have a bit of a break, it's a hectic situation moving forward."

"Being nice and aggressive is how I want to play, it's not always going to go well. Being really positive but not reckless, but it's nice to get a bit of success.

"Ben and I complement each other with how we bat, we missed out in Cardiff, but it was nice to get some runs today."

For Jamie Smith, this would've been a massive confidence boost. He set the tone really well and put pressure on the bowlers.

Ben Duckett was a bit quiet but when he gets the opportunity, he hits it big. I liked his placement today, he didn't just power the ball, he really picks where to send it.

Jamie Smith has been named player of the match for his blistering 64 (28).

The morning that the West Indies had can't be used as an excuse but it really did have an impact. I was disappointed with the way they performed, those early wickets were very soft dismissals.

It was really impressive. Jamie Smith being promoted up the order - it was one of those games where they weren't worried about the chase but if they lost a few wickets early, they'd be up against it. Jamie Smith came out and secured it.

Rather than a bail out like the last ODI, it was a really all-round performance.

Their highest? 7.68 rpo against New Zealand in 2015, which marked their ODI resurgence, culminating in the 2019 triumph.

England rode in on Lime bikes, West Indies got stuck in traffic, there was a delayed start and a mid-innings rain delay, and then England romped to 246 with 10.2 overs to spare.
