Health Bill: MPs calls for risk publication

Labour is staging a debate in the House of Commons, calling on ministers to publish a "risk ".

The document is a detailed analysis of what could go wrong with the proposed changes in the health service in England.

Liberal Democrat MP Andrew George said the Bill was "less bad" but he was yet to be persuaded the Bill should go through, although some Lib Dem activists have promised NHS bill trouble

During PMQs, the prime minister taunted Labour over a lack of questions over the risk as he produced a Labour briefing document.
