Method

  1. Rim half the glass with lime and dip into chilli salt.

  2. In a shaker with ice add mezcal, triple sec, lime juice, agave syrup, cucumber juice, jalapeno tabasco and shake until ice cold.

  3. Serve in a tumbler over ice and garnish with a skewered ribbon of cucumber.
