Jordan Wright made four appearances for Lincoln last season

Grimsby Town have signed Lincoln City goalkeeper Jordan Wright for an undisclosed fee on a two-year deal.

The 25-year-old made 20 league appearances in one and a half seasons with the League One Imps after ing from Nottingham Forest in January 2022.

“He’s an excellent shot-stopper and a commanding presence," boss Dave Artell told the club website.

“He’s got good experience at a level and now he needs to play regularly over an extended period of time, so he’s now got a different challenge ahead of him.

Wright is Grimsby's second g of the summer following the arrival of defender Tyrell Warren from Barrow.
