Bristol City sign Hull's Markus Henriksen and Leicester's Filip Benkovic

Markus Henriksen has won 54 caps for Norway

Bristol City have signed Hull City midfielder Markus Henriksen on loan until the end of the season.

The 27-year-old Norway international made 74 league appearances for the Tigers but has not played this season.

The Championship club have also completed the loan g of Filip Benkovic from Leicester for the rest of the 2019-20 campaign.

The 22-year-old from Croatia spent last season on loan at Celtic, where he helped the Hoops to the treble.

Head coach Lee Johnson said: "Filip is a fantastic talent and a player who will add to our defensive options.

"He will be a strong and physical presence for us as we kick-on in this second half of the season."
