Adam meets the cast of 'Just For One Day', the new musical telling the story of Live Aid.

Adam meets Craige Els and Julie Atherton from the cast of 'Just For One Day' - The Live Aid Musical' opening in London’s West End. It tells the story of the build-up to, and legacy of, that iconic day in music history in 1985.

Rob Waller from Margate's Summer Series chats to Adam about an impressive line-up of gigs coming to Dreamland this summer - including Tom Jones, Sugababes, Billy Ocean, The Libertines and Texas.

And our resident film critic, Metro's Larushka Ivan-Zadeh, talks us through this week's releases on the big screen.
