They meet young people who share their stories and the they have been given by Children in Need funded charities.
The Countryfile Rambles have raised over £15 million over the last decade for BBC Children in Need. To celebrate, our Ramble teams are setting out from all points of the com and meeting in the middle for a grand finale at the magnificent Chatsworth Estate in the Peak District - and meeting a few famous faces along the way, Pudsey included!
Matt is rambling with Lucas, a 13-year-old from Surrey, who has been ed by charity Harry's HAT; Anita is ed by nine-year-old Rubi from Aberdeenshire, who has been ed by charity Over the Wall; Sean meets 15-year-old Jack from Swansea, who has been ed by charity Talking Hands Deaf Children and Young People; and Margherita spends her ramble with nine-year-old Sophie from Ballymena, who has been ed by charity Sensory Kids.
