Meet the primary school class who are all boys

A primary school in Orkney is starting its new P1 class with an intake of only boys.

A total of 18 boys make up the new starts at Stromness Primary School.

The very rare occurrence is a first for P1 class teachers, Joanna Tulloch and Susan Begley.

Mrs Tulloch said the situation was "quite something".
