Make-up artist gives Pontefract care home residents a makeover

A make-up artist based in Pontefract has been "spreading some joy" by giving care home residents a free makeover.

Charlotte Orrell has been doing make-up for eight years and started doing the makeovers two years ago.

She said: "I just love bringing people joy, it really does light me up."

Her latest glow-up makeover was with Glenda Noone, who's currently living in Millfield Care Home in the town.

The resident said she the pampering had made her feel "lovely".
