Dorset boxing champion: How Ruby Else-White makes weight

A 17-year-old boxing champion has revealed the strict training routine she follows to make the correct weight for her contests.

Ruby Else-White, from Stalbridge, Dorset, is a two-time European world champion and five-time national champion in her under-48kg (7st 8lb) weight category.

To prepare for her fights, Ruby follows a strict diet and trains intensively in thick clothing.

Her coach, Shaun Week said: "There's nothing in Europe to touch her. She's unbeaten in 35 contests."
