CCTV footage has been released after a five year-old girl's skull and jaw were fractured when she was hit by an e-bike.

The girl was taken to hospital after the collision on a footpath between Alresford Rd and Easton Lane, near the Winnall tower blocks, in Winchester.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary released a video of a cyclist they want to speak to as part of an investigation into the crash at 13:30 BST on 19 April.

Officers said the rider of the bike that hit the girl was wearing black clothing and a face covering and did initially stop at the scene, but details were not exchanged and he left the area on foot prior to police arrival.
