Simple, fresh and full of flavour, this easy tapas dish works wonderfully alongside chorizo in cider and albondigas.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 large raw prawns, shells on
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Heat a medium frying pan over a high heat until piping hot. Add the olive oil and the prawns, cook on both sides until pink and cooked through, then immediately add the garlic and chilli.
Cook for another minute to crisp the garlic and chilli, then season with salt and pepper and serve with the smoked paprika sprinkled over.
