Event Information

A celebration of British music at Chichester Festival Theatre with electrifying folk duo Nancy Kerr and James Fagan, who have twice won Best Duo at BBC Radio 2’s Folk Awards.

Orchestral classical music inspired by traditional folk song will sit alongside interpretations that cast new light on traditional folk material from Nancy - BBC Radio 2’s current Folk Singer of the Year - and James. Nancy’s earthy fiddle playing marries perfectly with the rhythm of James’ bouzouki, and their melting vocal harmonies bring a magical quality to their evocative storytelling.

For the BBC Radio 4 fans among you, the finale of Wood's My Native Heath is more famously known as the theme tune to The Archers!
