Event Information

Friday Night has, in fact, been Music Night on BBC Radio 2 for over sixty years. With the BBC Concert Orchestra as its backbone, the heady mix of classical and popular works, film music, songs from the shows, opera and operetta, has entertained many millions of audiences across the globe.

Conducted by Keith Lockhart, this concert will celebrate the last 30 years of musical productions at Chichester Festival Theatre, including hit songs from Carousel, The Music Man, Kiss Me, Kate and Sweeney Todd. It will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 2, with Ken Bruce presenting.
