Today's Prom Extra is a literary accompaniment to the Shakespearean feast we're witnessing at this years Proms season, courtesy of an actress who’s played the full gambit of Shakespeare’s women: from the love-sick teenager Juliet to the acerbic Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing as well as a genuinely pregnant Hermione in The Winter’s Tale and a truly terrifying Lady Macbeth.

Featuring readings from A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Winter's Tale, Twelfth Night, Macbeth, Othello and Romeo and Juliet.
