About This Event

The BBC Philharmonic is ed by conductor Ben Gernon and the young German Pianist Elisabeth Brauss for Mozart’s 23rd Piano Concerto. Bookending the Prom are Haydn’s ‘Drumroll’ Symphony No. 103, the last of his 12 London symphonies, and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 4, the composer’s slender, graceful answer to the weightier symphonies that frame it.
